BackgroundSunrise Meals is a 501 (c) charity formed on March 24,2020 by Ron Herman. Sunrise Investment Group, owned by Ron, along with so many generous donors, are providing funding to Sunrise Meals. Wooster Hollow Cafe, also part of the Sunrise Investments, will prepare meals. MissionTo provide food to those in need. How are we doing?As of January, 2024 we have provided over 8,000 meals to those in need. At the beginning of the Pandemic, we were preparing 400-500 free meals per week to those who had lost their jobs. While things are back to normal, there are still those in need and we intend to be there them. We stock a food pantry in Wooster Hollow's side yard and we continue to provide meals to Doroth Day Soup Kitchen and other food insecurity organizations. Your donations will be matched dollar for dollar by Ron Herman's Sunrise Investment Group Administration100% of funds donated will go towards providing meals for those in need. All administrative tasks will be paid for or provided by Ron Herman and other volunteers. Wooster Hollow Cafe will be reimbursed for their direct food and labor costs.
